Per the title, any ideas as to how to fix this?

Already done a hard reset on the router (reset button for 30 secs) which has made no difference. Tried selecting a manual channel (instead of letting the router find a spare channel) and also switched the broadcast frequency to 20MHz+40MHz....

Router is the "brightbox 2" version from EE and is about 10 days old...

EE helpdesk unintelligible over a very poor phone line and also not technically that competent...

Is the wireless signal from the router dropping or is the device you are connecting to it (phone/tablet etc) disconnecting?

The devices show a signal then suddenly have no signal. Not sure whether the source is dropping out or the devices? Not sure how to check either!

If this affects multiple devices then that points towards the router. Can you install a WiFi survey app on an android or Apple tablet/phone? This should show if your neighbours are all transmitting on the same channel, causing dropouts. You could try changing the router to channel 5 and then 11 for a bit to see if it is more stable on either of those channels.
