TBH I think he's in the wrong thread. He's obviously Hugh Laurie and he doesn't look like he's aged massively since he was last on TV.

I've been trying to find a picture of what Skin looks like now vs then and TBH I think it's hard to tell because her look is so austere. Shaving your hair off, wearing makeup and baring your teeth is apparently the key to agelessness.

Here's one of her musical contemporaries though. I can't imagine how cool it must be to have Bjork as your Mum. Until she starts screaming at you to tidy up.
