Just found some advice on US bike forum suggesting that POR15 can be applied using the Preval system

https://preval.com/

Anyone tried it here?

POR15 is great stuff but I would be very careful spraying it, the idea of getting it in your eyes, lungs etc.. scares me.

Yes, I have used POR-15 a fair bit, its good stuff but its absolutely not a rust killer. I would recommend making sure you have a rust free surface before you paint it, despite what people say as the rust does come back through. Its especially visible if you use the POR-16 White!

The other thing is you have to use a fresh tin, don't be tempted to save it for a few months and then use it again. My experience is that you only get a nice smooth clean finish from a fresh tin. The stuff goes off in contact with moisture so I think once you open the tin some sort of reaction starts happening, The result is that old tins always give a bubbly surface, which can be heartbreaking.
