I have Billet 4 Hi Spec brakes on the front of my Chimaera with 293mm drilled discs.

I want to fit new discs and pads which I have ready.

The calipers are fitted to an alloy bracket by M10 50mm cap head or torx head bolts. The bottom bolts on both sides are seized and so I am about to drill the heads off then get the caliper off and get the leftover studs out.

I will obviously fit new bolts all round, bracket to hub and caliper to bracket.

I know the sizes and threads but
1.What's the best specification of bolts to use ?.
2. Where ahould I get them from ?
3. Should I use copperslip ?

1. 10.9 minimum, Capheads will be available in 12.9

2. Bolt shop / Ebay

3. I'd have thought Loctite, not Coppaslip?

Thanks for those thoughts, much appreciated.

I can get 12.9 cap head locally in plain or zinc coated. I fitted the current seized ones 3 or 4 yrs ago. They were zinc plated and copperslipped. So trying to avoid future seizing would it make sense to go plain with loctite on threads and copper slip on shanks ?

Would torx head be better ? Maybe not available in 12.9 though ?

No real need to use loctite. Most bbks use hex cap head bolts. I use aluminium anti seize on mine and the always come off without too much bother.
