Also the website they supply for proof of picture , its not working, when i type date, reference number and pin number they give , system says not found it !

My point is not my speed , its not police car, council not sending there, far as i know there is licence has been taken from police or council , how they can send me fine,

NO camera sign
Fixed Camera is blue according to LAW 2001 all speed cameras must be YELLOW,
Again according to law they can place only under the yellow fixed cameras or clear camera sign between FAIR distance which is NOT

So what can i do for that?

Thanks
YOU WERE NOT CAUGHT BY THE FIXED CAMERA. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT COLOUR IT IS.
AND EVEN IF YOU WERE, IT STILL DOESN'T MATTER WHAT COLOUR IT IS

From the guidelines:
Department for Transport said:
This camera signing, visibility and conspicuity guidancehas no bearing on the
enforcement of offences. Noncompliance with this guidance does not provide any
mitigation of, or defence for, an alleged offence committed under current UK law.

Yes Davek more or less story like that. So as you said mobile cameras can park any where they like and start recording? So where is the law protect us even we speeding or not? Also i knew this mobile parked there everytime and never speeding this road i am %100 sure about that. But i guess cant proof it.

So anyone know who the GMPPAS? Clearly not police? Also some how if i proof they have no licence , spouse to be OFFENCE is INVALID right?
GMPPAS - https://www.gmppas.co.uk/PAWeb/Portal/Portalish.as... (I googled it, it took 10 seconds to find out who they are)

Its the police, you've been caught speeding, you must now face the consequences!

I thought I wasn't speeding when I went past a van, I was so had to do a speed awareness course!

A quick Google tells me GMPPAS is Greater Manchester Police Central Ticketing Office.

OP, you've been pinged by a police safety camera van. You are caught. Pay up and take the points or do the Speed Awareness Course.

1) You were caught by a mobile camera van
2) They can be any colour
3) They can park where they like
4) They probably had a speed reading on your car before you even knew it was there
5) The camera next to the van means nothing

6) If you truly believe you weren't speeding, take it to court. Bare in mind the lasers are tested before their use and after. If any errors were found the tickets would be voided. Make sure you have evidence that you weren't speeding. Just your word will probably fail against a home office approved calibrated device.

The law that protects you is the one that says do not drive over 30 in a 30 zone and you'll be fine. Pretty simple and understood by everyone (almost) who's passed their driving test. Go over and you risk a fine. Simple as that whether it's a fixed, mobile or traffic plod that catches you.

It is irrelevant if the van has been parked in the same spot a week, a month or just five minutes or if it's painted yellow, blue or has sun flowers painted on the side. You got caught banged to rights so pay up buttercup.

I'm not getting holier than thou on speeding as I do it myself on occasion but if I exceed the limit I know I'm taking the risk of points and fines and challenging it in court using the 'wrong colour' defence will not go very far I'm afraid.

Last sentence I've no idea what you're on about.

So how do you think they persuaded Greater Manchester Police to send you the letter?

I TAKE it ALL back. YOU need to TAKE them to COURT and TELL them that THEY are not ALLOWED to tell you THAT you are SPEEDING and that THEY are WEARING the wrong COLOUR hats and that YOU have recorded PROOF.

Please do this, and record how it goes for you.

Please tell me you are not serious, look at the evidence you have in front of you.

Look on the link I attached for your information, click on the contact us, I believe you will then deduce that the police have sent you a speeding ticket!

The van belongs to The Greater Manchester Casualty Reduction Partnership, which is why the Police are telling him it isn't one of theirs.

Hi Davek as i called 101 police and give number plate number and she hold me a moment and ask the sergeant and confirm its not a police VAN. Letter and website says its a police. So if you are in my place you would believe police on the phone or letter received by them? Its a so much confusing here and someone is lying. I cannot proof my speed but i can proof someone is lying in here. I dont know its usefull for me or not.
Also i am %100 sure wasnt speed 41 because i am using twice this road and know where they are.
