Reshaping plastic bumpers

I accidently posted this under general gassing yeterday,without actually realising there was a bodywork section So......

I currently have a bumper that needs a bit of fettling with to get it to fit my car properly.Is it a case of applying heat (heat gun) and slight reshaping/bending? Or is it a bit more involved than that.
Alternatively, can anyone reccomend any good body shops around the SE London/Kent area........
