Maybach Land Yacht. Beautiful, or not? Personally, I quite like it. Pity, it's electric. Needs a V16.

Beautiful silhouette but awful wheels .... scale it right down and make a modern Elan plus 2 ....

As a piece of art, fabulous. As a car, perhaps not. Don't fancy taking that anywhere if it involved mixing with any other traffic or parking!

I completely agree. An ostentatious car like that requires a suitably ostentatious engine. A V16, for when a V12 simply isn't ostentatious enough!

Rather than the poncey luggage under the bonnet, it really needs a barbecue. Looks very good from the front, but the rear quarter view looks awful. Wheels not good.

Looks bloody lovely to me. Rather than a big engine I think electric will suit it very well - super quiet, massive on-demand torque from any speed so you can escape the proles, no dirty hanging around in fuel stations.

Have your man plug it in at your super yacht or secluded mountain hideaway, run down to the michelin starred restaurant up the road, never have to deal with the unwashed public.

I think it's fantastic. Just the ticket for somewhere in California or the South of France. Would look ridiculous in Croydon though.

Dechrome it, put some steelies on and rip out the soundproofing then we're talking.

Seems a pity to have to put number plates front and rear. Not quite sure where......

that pic's been doing the rounds for quite some time - and I still love it! The alloys on the first car remind me of Corvette alloys from the 70's (Turbovec?)

Yeah yeah thanks for pointing out the differences or I'd not have told them apart.

Agreed fully, and no gearshifting either, any form of effort in order to make forward progress is so unbecoming!
