I really wished I’d have kept some photos of the stuff we played with back in the day,

We had a pond boat for Italy it was layed up by a firm called Abarti’
It had a 10 litre V 10 all aluminium,
The grunt that had was nothing short of astonishing!
Just epic

My mate who lives in Portugal has a monster power boat,

Has 2 Italian V12's ,He's just serviced them and fitting them back in boat,

Must find out what make they are , He won the power boat chamionship

back in the day,he's as mad about boats the same way we are with cars

Has a Bentley now and i sold him a Model A so has slowed down on the land now but

gets his thrills from the power boats these days.

Haha , err yeah !
Still no export license for the KMW’s so they will be ages yet before I get them !

So when a new Lantac Raven came up I grabbed it,
It’s a mouse cartridge gun so once again reasonably
Cheap to run,
Plus with the debacle in the states AR’s are under pressure yet again,
So you just know they will be even more difficult to source here ,
I’ve put buying another car and selling stuff on the back burner for now,
I’ll see how things go over the next few months,

Good mate of mine, who I introduced to our club a few years ago, has a Raven.
It's a doddle to shoot well, and very well built.
I can understand why people who do lots of competitions buy them.

That's a problem most of us have who's on here ,

We all have a brain that thinks it's much younger than our actual age ,

Me i'm still waiting for my midlife crisis at 70,nerd

Haha , mid life crisis, umm depends how one qualifies it?
Birds or motors or both!
Having Leary cars most of our lives probably means any crisis will involve the forma biglaugh

We was walking around the lovely Ferrari dealership in Lyndhurst yesterday , I say lovely but only the actual structure definitely not the cars,
The big coupes looks nice but the sporty ones
just look so tacky,
Parked in the show room was a 308 GTS
100k I think, but it stood out among the others like a beacon, quite bizarre,
Utterly time less shape,

There was a time when one could easily identify Ferrari models. My next door neighbour has a Pizza. Er, sorry Pista Spider. It might as well be a Pizza with all the trimmings thrown on the top with all its rather odd styling cues. Seems to use it exclusively for golf......

Perhaps that's what RR missed in his 430 ad to get max price......'perfect car for trips to the golf club' .....?

I've had zero interest in any Ferrari made since the Daytona/246 Dino era ended in 1973/4....so almost 50 years!

Likewise Lambo since the Miura and Urraco era ended.

The Sporty ones pretty much just looked like a parody
Of them selfs, so utterly over the top,
I guess they are supplied with a disguise for the driver,

The sheer class that a 246 has is completely gone in these new models,
Such a shame ,
Having said that there was two vey well heeled couples
Given them the once over in the show room!
Average price tag of 300K
Ces’t la vie
