Great photos and it takes me back to the Lister and Jamie CW and the Ford GT in Blancpain. My misspent youth in motorsport sponsorship.

Those were the good old days and so missed. Bring back GT1!

I was there on Friday and sat in some stunning hypercars..I was particularly impressed with the Lotus Evija where the evil looking Race seats were much more comfortable than they appear..The Koenigsegg Gemera looked like something out of a Futuristic Sci-Fi movie and really stunning in the metal..
Really fantastic event although not as enjoyable on the Saturday Public day according to a friend who attended..

Yes Saturday is public day and it’s busy, and a number of the cars have left leaving the dealers.
Wednesday was a “little” wet so many of the cars remained half undercover so I did miss photographing some of the cars. #needtwodays

What was there on Friday, it was mentioned as a GT day but did that happen?

Don't know what you mean by GT Day..It was a brilliant day with sparse very smartly dressed crowd..There was a Concours show with different classes according to what decade..Had a nice chat with Harry Metcalfe while watching the presentation..
All the cars were there and pretty much everyone allowed me to sit in them including the Lotus Evija. Catering was very well organised cardboard hampers of delicious food and free champagne all day..
Can't compare to Saturday, just the negative feedback i had from a friend..Friday was a formal day with tickets costing £300pp however i didn't spend a penny as i was a guest of Ferrari..

There was a mention of Friday being a 90’s GT and Soprts Car day, but that kind of happened on wet Wednesday when I attended. I wish someone mentioned the Hampers and drinks finished at 4.30 as I was still photographing the parade until almost 5.00!

I only managed one glass of champagne and half a lunch, saving myself for ginger gin and afternoon tea. That did not happen.
