987 2011 Boxster O/S wing mirror...

Hello,
I have a wing mirror that squeaks and the housing is slightly loose. The actual mirror and housing is not broken but it doesn't fit as true as it should in it's housing. Looking on the web I've found it difficult to source or even price a replacement? Am I barking up the wrong tree? Is that because the unit is actually made up of several parts? My mirror has been knocked and I think the actual metal internal construction may have been slightly bent. I've found different colour housing units on e-bay for about 250 quid but wanted to see if I can find an affordable replacement. Car colour M5R Aqua Blue) The unit squeaks and I've made this less annoying by applying some silicone spray but I think it will need replacing at some point.....
Any ideas/suggestions most welcome as I'm a new owner.
