Porsche assistance transferable?

Gents, I’ve just bought a 2016 spyder which has extended warranty, no problem transferring that, but it also had assistance, when I spoke to customer services they said it was transferable and put me onto the AA or RAC (can’t remember which) who said it wasn’t.
Any idea who was right?

Neither bog standard AA, nor Porsche Customer Services can change the details.

Call Porsche Assistance (maybe the renewals number that was [phone]) and they will change the subscriber details. oi checked this when selling my Cayman last year.
