LSE39C midnight blue is a metallic colour listed for 996 / 986

LSE3C7 dark blue is a non metallic colour.

What car of yours is it on ?

Thanks! Temporarily Porscheless, and the Caterham needs a respray before the season starts (otherwise I'd look under the bonnet!) as both my 911's have been Midnight Blue and I'm rather missing them! Should look great until the first race, first corner.........eek

It was on my 993 Targa, then my 993RS,(recently sold) but both were metallic Midnight Blue. Its not worth having metallic on race cars esp where there is a high likelyhood of "race related incidents"!

You'll have to look the paint code up yourself but Porsche produced a non metallic version which was Night Blue. A mate of mine painted his SC this colour, never heard of it before. If you are stuck I'll ask him for the code.

The paint code on my dark blue (non-metallic) 996 is L347 (conventional paint).

3C7 is the water-based paint code for dark blue.
