Its on the 12th and the 13th september, anyone know if one day is better than the other as i'm thinking of going on the Sunday as Leuchars air show is the 12th.

Considering going as it's only a couple of miles along the road for me. Apparently last year's event was good too. No idea what the best day will be though.

Yup, am planning on taking the wee fella along on the back of the mo'bike.

Which day will be the best will be dictated by the weather!

I'll be there both days. Track is longer than last years so should be better runs up the hill. The Battle of Britain Memorial Fly Past is due to fly over on the Saturday so should be worth seeing.

Nothing to stop you joining your local car club, getting your RAC Speed licence and doing hillclimbs in the road car class. Plenty on here can give you good advice on this.

Any more info on this RAC license ? would be good fun, just picked up all the new brake assembly for the TKM would be amazing on a hill run if for the driver more than anything else, lol. Probably wouldn't look too fast...
Anyone done there speed license and runs in these? i never even heard of that one... loser

Well, if you do end up doing it, just watch that gate at the first corner, I can tell there are going to be a few unlucky people there.

, No karts allowed in Hillclimbs, the exception was the Motus kart in the 1980's which got round it by having rubber block suspension, it ran a 250cc Bultaco or Yamaha engine in the up to 500cc racing car class.

The RAC Motorsports association will give you all the info on licences, much the same as your kart licence.
