Alright, so we know Polestar won't actually build the phenomenal S60 Polestar anytime soon. But with everyone in the office having been so enamoured by
JD's V60
, we can't help but yearn for a faster and more focused Volvo sports saloon.
It was 2012 when Polestar unleashed the S60 Concept on the world. And unleashed seems the right word as here was a 190mph, 500hp Volvo saloon. Manual one too. It had previously created a C30 Polestar as well, but there's something about fast four-doors that's even more exciting.
Here the S60 Polestar is examined in Jay Leno's Garage with Hans Baath, Polestar's MD. So you can expect plenty of detail, some useful project insight and road driving impressions too. Can we have a go in the UK please?
