Do video games mimic life or does life mimic video games. If it's the latter then the makers of Grand Theft Auto are really in trouble.
In America - where else - the publishers are being sued by the family of a man shot dead by two teenagers. William and Joshua Buckner, 16 and 14 years old, shot the Aaron Hamel during a shooting spree in Tennessee. Using a .22 calibre rifle they shot at cars driving by and later claimed that they were mimicking their favourite video game - Grand Theft Auto.
Hamel's family are claiming that Take Two Initiative should take responsibility for the death.
