Who said you had to leave the UK for an amazing weekend of historic racing, live music and sunburn? We're heading back to the Silverstone Classic from the 26th to 28th August, so you should come along too.
The Classic sees grid line-ups from the 20s through to the 00s, with the golden age of Formula One, Sports Cars, GT and Touring Cars all battling it out on the Grand Prix circuit.
Taking place over three days, the Silverstone Classic combines racing, car clubs, live music, driving experiences, auctions and a funfair for all the family. Unlike most modern motorsport events, there's free access to the grandstands and paddocks, so you can get up close to the cars competing on track.
PistonHeads is attending as a car club this year and if you have an eligible vehicle, you can be part of the event and have your pride and joy on display inside the circuit. But be quick, as the early bird pricing finishes on 31st January. Prices start at just £70 for two people for our club parking, which includes an infield parking pass.
