The thread has only been live since Saturday, but has garnered over seven pages of responses. Would you ever go to see a car that is advertised on budget tyres? Does that infer that the owner regards general maintenance as less important? Or is it simply a stepping stone for the new owner to fit favoured rubber on a new purchase?
