TVR has sold TVR Power, the supplier of parts and spares to TVR dealers and owners, to the management of of TVR Power.
TVR Power will be the sole supplier of authorised TVR components to the dealer network.
Under the contract TVR Power will supply parts for the existing model range and models produced in the past 10 years.
TVR Power was a subsidiary of TVR but operated from premises in Bedworth Road, Longford, Coventry.
It has now been bought by its director Dom Trickett. Under the contract signed with TVR this week, TVR Power will be sole distributor of parts for existing models to the dealer network in the UK and Ireland.
TVR Power employs 13 staff and carries an extensive range of spares supplied from the original part manufacturers.
Trickett, TVR Power's new owner, said: “I am delighted we will be able to continue supplying original parts for TVRs as we have done for many years.

Trickett added: “The team at TVR Power love TVRs, just like the owners. Under this contract the owners can be confident they will be able to get the spares they need from their dealers.”
