This week's Reader's Car doesn't quite follow the traditional format, but PHer B'stard Child's story of serial multiple car ownership makes the thread more than worthy of recognition.
It begins with the tale of two near-identical Star Silver Vauxhall Senators, one 12V and 24V. Despite already having one of the two cars in his ownership, the allure of a £300 bargain was too much to pass up, and he soon found himself with as many Senators as a US state. And this is where the fun begins.
"Obviously I couldn't take it home, because then I would have two Star Silver Senators on the drive, so I parked it at work and alternated which car I used on an almost daily basis" he explains.
We'll leave it up to him to regale you with the rest of his tale, including his further forays into multi-Vauxhall possession, but needless to say it makes for a thoroughly entertaining read. Hats off to BC, his long-suffering wife and her magical vanishing hand cream for providing us with our Reader's Car(s) of the Week!
