That's the official PH way of dealing with things, should work.
Is it not the PH way to dominate the doorway??The only thing PH men don't dominate is their woman.

Now that there doesn't appear to be any mention of V3......I do think it's a possibility that V2 caused the collision deliberately.
Considering your earlier comment - it's also possible that the investigation hasn't been completed to a satisfactory standard.
If you thought they caused the crash deliberately why didnt you say that at the time?Considering your earlier comment - it's also possible that the investigation hasn't been completed to a satisfactory standard.
You only seem to have come to that conclusion after receiving a letter, that was pretty irrelevant
"Hello Officer. The car in front had stopped. They say there was a vehicle swerved into their lane. I didn't see the other car"
Clearly that Officer didn't follow that up, and appears to have either been told a different story by V2 or, accepted the fact that V3 did swerve towards V2, but not recorded it.

I would make sure your concerns are duly noted, put in writing and able to be confirmed later should an unfortunate incident occur on the roads.

The little information I received from what the Officer did report doesn't mention V3.
Unfortunately with the roadside CRaSH report it's very easy to "skip" steps. For example, I've only ever taken 1 roadside statement, skipping those sections with 'N/A'
