But large family on line somewhere.. und spindrift appear on all these sites. We cannot be posting und reading so much up on line und go about normal business.. which why I say he NOT ride bicycle as he claim... not hold any job.. as the time spent on line 24/7 tell me this not possible.

He also posting at time he claim to be riding on some sportive... on some charity ride... We ride the charity rides .. sometimes as individual famuly nuclei.. sometimes as the larger groups of family units.. sometimes ALL of us at once. We know we have to train for these.

It why Mad Doc not been "on line" as frequently. He training up for a 150 miler for some lurgy.. und others are riding for cancer research.. heart research und children's causes. You have to train to do these rides. I am the "soup kitchen/first aider supporter" on most of these as I run out of stamina too darned quickly on uphill runs. I can manage 10 miles on upward middling gradient at a constant cadence .. but not the sort which would win a race. I can do 25 miles at an average 24 mph overall without getting too tired - which an improvement over the years since the accident.

But I cannot achieve this without putting in some exercise.. some training around the area.

The professionals are training as constant.
