Afternoon all.

Right, where do I start. The parking bds who are The Car Parking Partnership (I think they are an offshoot of parking eye?).

My Mrs picked up a regular gig as a locum clinical practitioner at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow. She was advised to park in the staff car park and provide her reg to the hospital. Which she did, in fact she even went as far as to PAY for parking (which she didn't have to) as she decided on belt and braces approach as it was her first shift. She has worked there two dozen times since, but that first shift triggered the car parking partnership to send her a fine, which we absolutely refuse to pay. They been sent proof that she PAID for the parking and a copy of her signed work shift form for that day, but they have refused it and also delayed long enough that we didn't get POPLA as an option. Now they want to go to court.
Firstly, how do I make sure they send me the date and time for the CCJ hearing? And secondly, what evidence shall I take along to prove no breach of contract (their wording) occurred and put these assholes in their place, as I will not pay them £125 when my Mrs was literally there at the request and booking of the hospital to provide health services to the public.
