Think I am going to use magnesium castings and strontium rich bolts, lubricated by a strong sodium chloride solution....should solve the problem by the morning!!

I would absolutely always use an anti seize compound on any bolt into aluminium regardless of the actual bolt material and always on stainless regardless of what you're putting it into. I'd expect stainless bolts to corrode the aluminium a bit more and the bolt a lot less, so they ought to come out more easily but might leave a larger hole than you'd hope rather than rusting, swelling and absolutely refusing to come out ever.

It's only really going to be an issue on a handful of bolts and only after they've been in there at least 10 years or so anyway but I hate trying to undo corroded bolts.
