Would changing the 200 per annum rule to the 500 per annum rule be enough ?

OR is it more complicated than that ?

what they need to do is change the wording of the law to what was originally intended.

to become any MODEL of car produced in numbers less than 200 per annum is exempt.... instead of any car from a MANUFACTURER who makes cars in numbers of less than 200 is exempt.
