seen, read and err......... stunned. Don't know either of guys, but it doesn't read as a pleasent story for either party involved. A stark reminder though not to take things on face value when it involves your pride and joy

Have read Faisal on here before and he seems a genuine bloke – also seen his web site before – he's a real TVR nut – the other guy – never heard of him and hope not to again – except being banged up I hope sometime.

Anybody know where he's from?

He's from somewhere round NW England area - you'll have certainly seen his yellow Cerbie (with personalised plate) in pics on PH before now. I'm led to beleive he's also rather good at Sprinting.

As far as the man himself, or the story referd to here, I can make no comment whatsoever.

Bennno,

I take it you're not on the Cerbera egroup anymore then. There was a bombshell email on there about a month ago from Faisal. Don't know the rights or wrongs of the other guy 'cos he didn't seem to want to respond to any of the accusations against him.

Ironically I think he's from Blackpool....

Mike.

still on it, but only for web reading of messages as i was getting loads of messages.

I am amazed as can recall loads of pictures of a bright yellow 'moonie'??? Cerb in the Sprint mags etc, and thought he must be a top bloke. Hope the situation has sorted itself now though.

If Faisal has this weight of documentary evidence against Mr. Moon, presumably he is taking legal action?

Wow. I suspect that the lawyers are about to get involved in a big way. That letter was a bit of a declaration of war, wasn't it.

If its all true Mr Moon is in a world of s**t. If any of its not some libel lawyers are going to enjoy themselves!

Ian Moon won the Midlands Speed Championship in 1999? driving his Cerbera 4.2 . He also won the sprint along the seafront thingy at backhome a few years ago and is featured on the TVRCC video of that year's backhome.

....And now he's (in)famous on the world wide web.

Whoever said that "no publicity is bad publicity", has clearly never had this sort of exposure!

Well I know of both of them. I have met one but not the other. Lets put it this way, Faisal wouldn't have gone to these lengths if it wasn't true.....

Ditto, know both met one. Without making any judgement about the allegations, I have to say I don't think the Internet is a good place to make or discuss this sort of allegation and IMO the less said here the better.
