Some dozy bint in an 4x4 offroader reversed into my parked Griff last night, put its tow bar through the rear bodywork underneath the numberplate and smashed a rear light cluster. Then drove off. I actually saw it happen but didn't realise she's hit my car until she'd long gone.

What kind of moronic scumbag would do that?

Anybody got any idea on cost of repairing a hole about three inches across in glassfibre and replacing the rear lights? Paintwork is all cracked around the hole where the panel must have sprung in and out too.

I am gutted. And pretty damn cross.

Reported it to police, will see what they can do.

Happened outside son's friend's house, the dozy arsewipe who did it is known to son's friend's parents but -according to son's friend's mum - the dozy mare says she didn't hit anything. Has anyone got any idea whether you can force someone to disclose their insurance details if they claim they didn't hit you?
I doubt there will be any marks on her towbar as evidence!

Thanks for all the input!

I have given a statement to the cops, so will see what transpires. They seemed pretty interested in pursuing it so I am hopeful they will track down the offender.
