Two paint related Q's...
Discussion
Hi guys, hope you can help.....
1. My OH's mini ONE has had a light splattering of gloss white paint off the back of some pick-up truck (grrr). Paint has landed on black plastic trim and also the painted bodywork. It's now well and truly dried so I was wondering if theres a safe way to get it off without damaging the lacquer/paint and plastic trim?
2. My Renault Clio has the absolute base minimum paint required, and marks/scratches exceptionally easily (metallic black, almost a year old). It's probably up to renault's 'standards' but leaves me knowing that the next mum'n'pram'n'shoppin will only add to the impressive collection of marks/scuffs/scratches. Is there a decent treatment for this? the touch-up's the dealer sell's aren't really up to the job as the scratches are very shallow (but still appear to go through to the bodywork?).
Many thanks!
