Which paint?

I have a few jobs to do on my car and i was just wondering what the best paint for each job was. The jobs include

repaint my ap racing calipers red
paint the centre hub of my brake disks
repaint my rear speaker grills satin black
repaint my front wiper arms satin black
tidy up the paintwork on my front and rear subframes
i also have a set of bmw style 71 2 piece split rims that i am going to refurb what would be a suitable paint?
Also as i need to remove my gearbox to rebuild it so what would be a suitable paint?

I was thinking of using epoxy mastic 121 for the subframes but what should i use for everything else?
