How to report a lost/found phone ?

Had the same here in Disney Paris. My other halfs phone fell out her pocket on Peter Pan ride but we didn't notice until a bit later in a restaurant, and assumed it had been pinched from her back pocket (WTF do they keep them in there anyway?!). Tried ringing it loads, but signal was sporadic and then found it to be off a bit later. At the end of the day on the way out I decided to pop into the guest services where they had the phone. Company policy is to turn it off once handed in for some reason. Other half was delighted, as was I as she was gutted about losing it.
