Squid.... what to do with it?

Usually I would trim it, clean it, then dust it in a flour mix with paprika, salt, pepper, etc...
Then throw it in the wok with a load of oil to quickly fry it... quite healthy(ish)!!
I want to do something different this time, so can anyone suggest something that doesnt turn it in to vulcanised rubber?
It is a starter too.
Please dont mention battered squid/squid rings as an alternative.
