I love it.

Any suggestions for recipes or what to serve it with?


My (basic) regulars are:

Kedgeree

A pasta dish with leeks, creme fraiche and capers

Lightly baked (8-10 mins, with butter and black pepper) and served with a poached egg, boiled spuds, green beans and the butter sauce.



All, of course, eaten with a lovely smoky, salty Islay dram. It was Ardbeg Corryvreckan tonight but almost any non-sherry finished Islay whisky goes beautifully with the fish.

So, any more suggestions?
