And he's now walked back all his tough guy talking and it towing the NRA party line, arm teachers, dont raise the age for assault rifles, tighten background checks - that he's taken the money away from in the tax cuts and kicking it down the road by having a school safety commission chaired by Betsy DeVos to look at various solutions.
I think we all know Betsy DeVos' thoughts on the need for guns at schools!

All this talk of Trump doing a deal with North Korea when he can't even get a wall built in his home country.

You know how hard it is to get a decent builder these days, especially when ICE have deported a lot of them

North Korea want Nukes to prove they are one of the big boys, theyve got that now with a discussion with the POTUS.
Trump etc want North Korea to give up the weapons, thats not going to happen especially as China is supplying them through the back door, it suits china to have someone else causing issues for Trump after all his rhetoric against them.

The US are running out of friends/influence in asia, especially since pulling out of trade deals. There's nothing that will come out of this apart from trump being able to say he had a meeting when Obama didnt.

How can ANYONE look at a shooting and say, its because guns are banned there.

I honestly cant even begin to force my brain to make that leap.

Must be an open invitation to take guns into the White House, Mar-a-Lago and the US Capitol Building then...

Lesley Stahl totally exposed DeVos on 60 minutes last night. An utterly vacuous empty vessel with no discernible skills or abilities is in charge of the education of America’s children. If that were not the benchmark for Trump appointees it would startling. As it is she’s just another unqualified appointee hired by the inept and unqualified president.

If Conor Lamb wins in PA tomorrow you can expect congressional republicans to go into full panic mode.

People from different cultures have different views, amazing eh?
I'm sure they can't believe that we're tied to an undemocratic, corrupt bunch of gravy trainers in Brussels.

This is such a strange post - because on the face of it you're defending the idea that putting more guns in schools is a good solution to the problem.

But you can't really be saying that, can you?

Funky will say anything to "wind up the lefties", or at least prove he's different.
Nothing to see here, move along.

We know Trump can be blackmailed, theres two porn stars who have taken payments for NDA's.
It's suggested Putin has kompromat on him, not just the peepee tape, but more likely the huge amounts of money laundering or back hand payments

Now Qatari have a hold over him as well.

Qatari officials gathered evidence of what they claim is illicit influence by the United Arab Emirates on Jared Kushner and other Trump associates, including details of secret meetings, but decided not to give the information to special counsel Robert Mueller for fear of harming relations with the Trump administration

We are now starting to find out just how many people/governments have compromising material over team trump that they hope to use to their advantage. It's a US national security joke.

Well, thats written those republicans into history. When this all breaks it's going to wipe out the republican party

Meanwhile, the DailyWail has a a scoop about Eric Prince and his meetings to set up a back channel with the russians
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5484079/To...

Prince has always claimed it was a chance meeting when he went to meet the crown prince of Abu Dhabi , Mohamed bin Zayed, but
Zayed brought with him Hamad al Mazroie, the de facto head of the United Arab Emirates intelligence service and Mohammed Dahlan, a bin Zayed adviser who is fluent in Russian and is seen as a conduit from the UAE to Putin's Kremlin, which Prince didn't mention in his testimony.

Price and Kushner active in the middle east, where russia want to build nuclear power stations but sanctions stop them, both constantly 'forgetting' to mention important things and meetings

That's OK he's already worked on his defence. It wasn't his fault, the candidate was weak
http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/377871-trump-...

He went to the rally just to self promote himself again, touting his own achievements instead of discussing Saccone. He did managed to remember to say "This guy should win easily, and he's going to win easy. You got to know him. He's an extraordinary person. Go out and vote on Tuesday for Rick Saccone,"

Adam Schiff tweeted in response to Trump: “This was not the finding of the House Intelligence Committee, Mr. President, but only a statement by its GOP members, who lack the courage to stand up to a President of their own party when the national interest necessitates it.”

That's because it's not true

Rather than education being a soft target and so people choose to shoot it up, I would rather say it is due to young age and people holding a grudge so they shoot up "their environment". But they still only do 25% of this type of rampage.

How many education establishments are shot up by young people compared to middle aged? It's far more likely for someone middle aged to instead shoot up their company, rather than a teenager ..... and yes they do so.

You have a grudge, the place that gave you the grudge gets penalised, so the place is very dependent on age.

This is not rocket science.

Note how nobody ever blames video games for a middle aged man shooting up the company that just sacked him. whistle

Well Trump hasn't yet either.

Maybe we'll finally get to see the great deal maker - if he can make real progress in that area I'd say he would deserve a Nobel peace prize. He'd still be a monumental bellend though.

What I suspect is that Trump will have his meeting, achieve nothing and they will blame each other. I would absolutely love to be wrong.
No he hasn't yet either, but why keep trying the same approach? Agree it's likely he'll achieve nothing too.
