Personally I would have said that the 262 would have had more of an impact than the rocket plane. If for no other reason than that the rocket plane all too often made an impact of it's own at the start or the end of a flight with the pilot having little or nothing to do with it.

The other rocket plan shown was a touch desperate but again the Germans had already converted a number of V1's to pilot control to try to identify the stability problems they were having with the un-manned craft so it was perhaps a logical progression.

The Nazis had many planes that could have 'done the job'. German aircraft in the field were more advanced at the time, but the Germans suffered from overspecialisation (as in their tanks), from a lack of a central command of manufacture and from a leader who tried to turn their best jet fighter into a jet dive bomber.
