Like some of the above posters, I don't get offended by anything. However, I can and do empathise with others when they are genuinely offended, although some people are indeed far too easily offended these days!
It's the people who crow on about "the professionally offended lefties" or "PC gooone maaaad!!!11" who when you turn it back on them get hysterically offended or irritated...I love it.
They appear to just be pointing out that you come across as a bit of an annoying tt.

If you think I am winding you up, it's probably no accident. The best discussions come from controversy... All IMHO of course

Oh, and every single thing I say or have ever said on here is a lie and most definitely can't be used against me in court because my online persona is a compulsive liar."
See, you've given it your very best shot and precisely nothing happens...

You can do better than that, surely?
I could say loads of stuff that would offend you. But I would get banned. The people that never get banned are the alt right posters like you and MrBrightSi though. Do you want to never be challenged in your views? Why do you think you are so right? It's the "fake news fake news" mentality now.
People misplace someone challenging their alt right views with 'offfened left'.
No, you couldn't. We can all chose whether to be offended or not, any opinion expressed by you simply doesn't have the power to offend.

See, it's easy.

Try again if you want. You must be able to do better than that, surely?

The lesson I'm teaching you here is "grow a pair"...
But I've not tried to offend you as like i say you and your friends would all press the report button and i'd be gone. Its a tactic you lot like to use.

And in answer to Smiler. I am not angry at all, how could i be just sat at a computer typing in words to random people with silly user names, it's not like we are sat in a pub talking about stuff is it?
People like WinstonWolf live for this st, I don't.
I was born in the greatest country and live in what is IMO the 2nd greatest country...England.
I will defend my right to challenge views that i find i don't agree with and i am open to debate. But all that happens around here is someone doesn't agree with you they pick out some silly grammatical error or dodgy spellcheck. So you go down to their level and unless you are the majority which is very rightwing on PH you are just treated as a little plaything for all the wannabe Farages.

But angry? No. Find it funny how some of these people rant on into the night and weekends though, what a life.
I don't report people because I've got a spine.

Highly irrelevant and simply a case of natural curiosity but what is the greatest in your opinion? Is it Ireland or even Germany? Like I said, just curious as I have links to both!

I only have your word for that, but clearly if i went full on attack mode on you to offend, it may not offend you but it would offend someone on your behalf and that is sort of the point. It happens on both sides, you only have to look at a thread that dares to slag off UKippers or Farage for proof of this.
You though want to come on here and be allowed to spout the stuff you think can't say in your daily life because of the 'left' and 'PC'. Because anyone who is center is going to challenge rightwing views we get called 'lefties' and that is the thing people like you trot out 'leftie' 'libtard' etc etc.
Dare to suggest not all Muslims are terrorists and you get called out as being an IS sympathizer. It's crazy.

But such is life. I warm to people in the center with balanced views and humor that is allowed to poke fun at all politicians and not just the ones on the left.

Some guy in the F1 threads said I was angry because 'England bombed the st out of my Granny and I'm taking it out on PH.' Which was funny, even funnier as my Gran was Jewish so actually you guys were helping her...what wasn't funny was me striking back with more banter and getting banned from that thread... its all a bit one sided in favor of the rightwing on PH.
Weirdly its addictive though...

And there you have it, people getting offended 'on someone else's behalf'. Nothing happens when someone is offended, it's good for them. If you offend them a bit more they might even grow some balls.

Yes but my point is that PH would ban someone for this, so we are moaning about it on the very place where we are bound by the rules we dislike.
Someone possibly a mod would judge it gone too far and ban someone even if the other guy just found it banter on a forum.

This forum is like a pub, if the landlord doesn't like what you are saying and finds you offensive you are barred. My pub my rules.
So we all sort of dance around that line as best we can but its no wonder really people get 'offended' because if we say we are we can close down or derail debates that are slipping away.. I am saying both sides do it. No one is really 'offended' they are just playing the forum.
'offence' is just the new weapon of choice for online discussions..

I agree, but it is both sides and like i say in a forum context its used by both sides to derail, get people banned and to stifle any debate. It's up there with the grammar police tactics.
But lets not say there is no such thing as being offensive in the greater world.
PH has rules we abide by them and they have a line which if you cross it then your are gone, but that won't be impartial either and it leans to the right more than center IMO.

Ahh. Right, i understand all you're doing now. Contrarian on purpose to provoke a response.

It's good, honestly, because if you believe all what you say...
You and your freinds got offended when we pointed out how ugly you were on your profile picture and how you must be angry because 'virgin'
Pathetic isn't it, that kind of response. I'm still quite happy to let any of you guys so hung up on my appearance and supposed lack of sex get down and doggy and sort out my obvious frustrations .
Stop being so offended about it. You chose to put up a picture of yourself take it like a man. Anyway you are in the majority around here as the alt right do OK on PH as Winston Wolf can attest to.
It's not offence. I just feel sad for you, that you cannot argue like an adult, that you cannot go at the points and points alone. You talked about how you'd get on with all of us as long as it wasn't political. Something tells me that isn't the case.
To be fair to him, posting a picture of you posing on a bridge in your irrelevant rape gloves and with that face and then criticising him for commenting is a bit bizarre.
It's exactly the same as walking into a women's institute meeting with an exposed erection and shouting "Never mind my hardness you insatiable old crones, we're supposed to be talking about cakes"

As you see from the link, it's a province. The provinces are not as well known as the towns and cities outside of Ireland unless you're a rugby union fan.

I agree with this. Another example was the House of Commons terror attack thread, a poster came on and said something offensive about the murdered policeman.
He was quite rightly chastised and I assume he is now banned from the forum.
But the problem there is clearly offence is very real and I doubt someone like WinstonWolf could defend that posters words or that anyone who reported them or chastised him is somehow some sad snowflake.

Some people basically want to say stuff about Muslims etc and don't like being challenged so they then cry "stop taking offence" when its not actually someone being offended its more them just simply challenging them...
The word 'offended' is thrown around by the other side rather than anyone ever saying "I am offended by that"...
