The trump insurrection investigation has issued subpoenas to 14 individuals who acted as "alternate electors" for Trump in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The ones who worked as Chair and Secretary so far.

Bernie Thompson, chair said they seeking information about attempts in multiple states to overturn the results of the 2020 election, including the planning and coordination of efforts to send false slates of electors to the National Archives. They know that groups of individuals met on 14 December 2020 in seven states won by Biden, then submitted bogus slates of Electoral-College votes for trump.

They have the faked certificates with signatures, they have the documentation to prove the fake electors did this as part of trumps plan for Pence to refuse to count those 7 states, giving trump the win by 2 votes. They also have everything from the National Archives after trump lost his claim to executive privilege.
They also know Giuliani coordinated it all for trump...

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes has filed to appeal his detention order in federal court in DC and is still hoping for bail allowing him to stay out of jail until trial, despite a magistrate's order last week deciding that he's a danger and flight risk.

Remember they still don't know where the $10k of weapons he bought on the way to the coup attempt are, the evidence of his escape tunnels etc

I think the poll states that trump & De Santis are similar in popularity (I assume that the difference is in the margin of error), but both tail Biden

I think if the Dems can find a centrist younger candidate who might appeal to Reps and Dems (a 50 year old Biden clone would be great!) then they can likely stuff the Reps in 2024.
