It's pretty much being reported as such over here, even by CNN, who incredibly enough weren't singing his praises this morning.
Possibly because GM make 20 vehicles that they make a profit on; the Obama administration were reported as wanting to cease production of 11 of these, to the general astonishment of the news anchors.
