Why hasn't this thread been moved to tv, film and radio like all the Gerry Raffety threads were moved to music ?

Maybe because there already was a Gerry Rafferty thread in "Music".

But I agree, news of someone dying should be kept in "News", rather than a sub forum based on their career.
