Giuliani's long quest to put himself in legal jeopardy appears to have paid off.

It's building

Andrii Artemenko made a star turn in Rudy Giuliani's controversial Ukraine documentary and once tried to pitch the Trump administration on a plan for peace between Moscow and Kyiv. Now, he says, he's told the FBI what he knows about the former mayor.

Artemenko, a former Ukrainian parliamentarian, told POLITICO that he has shared what he knows about Giuliani with federal investigators. He added that the FBI reached out to him last year and declined to share further details on his communication with law enforcement.

A DOJ spokesperson declined to comment. The FBI also declined to comment.

Artemenko had a close-up view of Giuliani’s work with Ukrainian officials and operatives — activity which appears to be a key focus of the FBI investigation into the former mayor. His comments about helping the FBI come as the Bureau has seized materials from Giuliani himself and from another lawyer, Victoria Toensing, who also worked on the Ukraine project.

Ukraine project biggrin surely they should call a spade a spade, it was an attempt to manufacture dirt on a political opponent - Biden.

Again Qanon strangely quiet about this under age sex, trafficking of underage girls...
As are the trumpettes who made all those accusations against Biden

Incredible isn't it:
“Hey, Roger Stone, can I pay you to secure a pardon for me, a Florida state official, and my friend, who is a United States Congressman?”
“Why don’t you write me a letter first spelling out every crime you and he did? Then we’ll stay in touch about it, in writing.”
“Thanks, Roger! I know you have your own legal troubles to sort out and may be seeking a pardon yourself, so I really appreciate you taking the time to document our uncharged criminal conduct, including this corrupt conspiracy.”

Edit:
A series of private messages starting in late 2020—also recently obtained by The Daily Beast—shows a number of exchanges between Greenberg and Stone conducted over the encrypted messaging app Signal, with communications set to disappear. However, Greenberg appears to have taken screenshots of a number of their conversations.

Roger Stone kept setting their Signal messages to delete in as quickly as 10 seconds, and Joel Greenberg just started screenshotting the messages.

If I get you $250k in Bitcoin would that help or is this not a financial matter,” Greenberg wrote to Stone, one message shows.

“I understand all of this and have taken it into consideration,” Stone replied. “I will know more in the next 24 hours I cannot push too hard because of the nonsense surrounding pardons.”

“I hope you are prepared to wire me $250,000 because I am feeling confident,” Stone wrote to Greenberg on Jan. 13.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/joel-greenberg-lette...

Ah cash for pardons, quite a lucrative source of money....

In his confession letter, Greenberg also admitted he facilitated Gaetz’s interactions with college students—and paid them on his behalf.

“All of the girls were in college or post college and it was not uncommon for either myself or the Congressman to help anyone [sic] of these girls financially, whether it was a car payment, a flight home to see their family or something as simple as helping pay a speeding ticket,” Greenberg wrote.

A partial record of Greenberg’s Venmo and Cash App transactions suggests that payments were usually for a lot more than “gas money.” The Daily Beast identified more than 150 Venmo payments from Greenberg to women, as well as more than 70 additional payments on the Cash App, that were generally between $300 and $500—though some exceeded $1,000. The Daily Beast also talked to 12 of the more than 40 different women who received money, and they all said they understood Greenberg was paying them at least in part for sex.

“My lawyers that I fired, know the whole story about MG’s involvement,” Greenberg wrote to Stone on Dec. 21. “They know he paid me to pay the girls and that he and I both had sex with the girl who was underage.”

Just how stupid are these people to put stuff in writing? And does Roger Stones pardon cover him selling pardons from trump? Just how much money went to trump in the pardon business in those last months?

The FBI warned Rudy Giuliani in late 2019 that he was the target of a Russian influence operation aimed at circulating falsehoods intended to damage Biden.

Despite the alert, Giuliani went forward in Dec. 2019 with a planned trip to Kyiv.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/r...

Meanwhile in the NY Times
At least one of the Giuliani warrants was seeking evidence related to Marie Yovanovitch.

Federal authorities were expected to scour devices for communications between Giuliani and Trump officials about the ambassador before she was recalled.

At issue for investigators is a key question: Did Giuliani go after Yovanovitch solely on behalf of Trump, who was his client at the time? Or was he also doing so on behalf of the Ukrainian officials, who wanted her removed for their own reasons?

Even if the Ukrainians did not pay Mr. Giuliani, prosecutors could pursue the theory that they provided assistance by collecting information on the Bidens in exchange for her removal.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/fbi-warned...

Edit: Time magazine

By the time federal investigators searched the Manhattan home of Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday, they had amassed a trove of evidence from his associates in Ukraine, focusing most intently on Giuliani’s ties to Ukrainian oligarchs, three witnesses in the case told TIME.

The witnesses, who spoke on condition of anonymity, described lengthy interviews with investigators in Europe, Manhattan and Washington, starting in the fall of 2019 and continuing through February. The calls and meetings with investigators grew more frequent and “intense” after Joe Biden’s victory in last fall’s presidential election, says one of the witnesses. Two of the witnesses say they were working with Giuliani while cooperating with federal investigators.

Ted Lieu again:

Dear @GOPLeader: Please remove Rep Matt Gaetz from the House Judiciary Committee immediately. The Committee has jurisdiction over the Department of Justice that is investigating Rep Gaetz, including allegedly for sex crimes with a minor. This is an untenable conflict of interest.

Permanently banning its most famous user, Donald Trump, and cracking down on the postings of right-wing figures does not appear to have hurt Twitter’s financial performance. The company's revenue jumped by 28% in the first quarter of the year.

Remember back in Nov 2019 that Giuliani said he had 'insurance' in case trump turned on him
"I've seen things written like he's going to throw me under the bus," Giuliani said in an interview with Fox News' Ed Henry about the characterizations and comments made in the media about him and his relationship with the president. "When they say that, I say he isn't, but I have insurance."

"This is ridiculous," he added. "We are very good friends. He knows what I did was in order to defend him, not to dig up dirt on Biden."
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/trump-impeachment...

So Giuliani has dirt on trump, no doubt trump has dirt on Giuliani - it what he does to enforce loyalty, so if Giuliani tries to flip on trump to save his skin, will trump unleash his dirt? It's a possible downward spiral dirt coming out...

Thats probably why trump ranted about how Giuliani is “a great patriot” and that the criminal case against him is “so unfair” because Giuliani only did what he did out of a love for his country. trumps sending him the same message he sent Flynn, Manafort etc, to keep quiet, because we know trump drops people rapidly if he has no use for them and they can't threaten him.

College white supremacist Tucker Carlson had Giuliani on his show, where Giuliani claims he begged the FBI to take Hunter Bidens 3 laptop drives...

Carson went of course defending trump etc.
https://www.foxnews.com/media/rudy-giuliani-reacts...

If the 'deep state' were indeed covering up for Biden, why wouldn't they seize the evidence? In fact when they take all electrical, they would take everything, so this is probably more lies...

Giuliani is trying to paint himself as the victim of a conspiracy here, but it's not looking good and he should probably keep quiet

Giuliani confirmed that the FBI already did have his electronic communications, and they would have got that through a search warrant to get his iCloud data, meaning it was fully legal and standard procedure, signed off by a judge.

Think about this, the DOJ had enough evidence against him to convince a judge to grant a warrant for his iCloud data. This means the DOJ had sufficient evidence back in 2019, so when Barr and trump stopped the DOJ from investigating further it's another probable charge of obstruction of justice.

Remember that more than 33,000 registered Republicans left the party in California during the three weeks after the Washington riot.
More than 10,000 Republicans changed their registration in Arizona.
The New York Times reported that nearly 140,000 Republicans had quit the party in 25 states in its analysis of January voting records.

So when Lyndsey Graham announced he was raffling the chance to play in a golf tournament on Sunday alongside himself and the former president, it's no wonder he was strongly ridiculed.

“The money is going to be used to take back the House and the Senate so we can stop this slide to socialism,” Graham blustered to prime-time personality Sean Hannity.

“You have lunch, you have breakfast with President Trump, you get a photo, you play at his golf course in Florida. It’s going to be a lot of fun,” he added.

Voting rights groups are expressing grave concern over a Republican effort to "audit" the 2020 election in Arizona, pleading with the US Department of Justice to "deploy federal monitors" and safeguard some 2.1 million ballots in Maricopa County.

In an April 29 letter to the department's Civil Rights Division, lawyers with Brennan Center for Justice, Protect Democracy, and The Leadership Conference allege that the audit that began last week is threatening the very right to vote.

Cyber Ninjas was selected by Arizona's GOP-led state Senate despite not having any prior experience in elections. Its founder, Doug Logan, promoted "#StopTheSteal" conspiracy theories on his since-deleted Twitter account, suggesting he was selected not for his expertise but for his credibility with others who also believed former President Donald Trump's debunked claims of widespread election fraud.

In their letter requesting federal intervention, the lawyers say they believe Arizona Republicans and Cyber Ninjas are breaking the law.

"Specifically," they write, the parties "are violating their duty under federal law to retain and preserve ballots in federal elections, which are and have been in danger of being stolen, defaced, or irretrievably damaged." They also allege that the parties are "preparing to engage in conduct which will constitute unlawful voter intimidation in violating of the Voting Rights Act and other federal laws."

You can just hear him saying this as well

Rather looks like a full disclosure... Unlike Kushner who did what 14 different ones as he was caught out, trump didn't divest and did his best to profit...

"Special Presidential Envoy Kerry agreed to divest the assets identified by the Ethics Office and has done so."
What a difference...

John Kerry disclosed millions in income and a massive stock portfolio that he's liquidated since taking office as President Biden’s special climate envoy, according to a financial filing obtained by Axios on Friday.

Why it matters: Kerry is among the wealthiest members of the Biden administration. He maintains significant influence over U.S. energy and environmental policy as Biden's climate envoy, a role that comes after he advised a number of firms in the space following his time as secretary of State.

The State Department, where Kerry officially works again, says he has divested assets that could pose a conflict of interest, and signed an ethics pledge barring him from participating in specific policymaking decisions that could affect his former clients and employers.

Maybe he could promote some books, or maybe beans whilst in office...

Staggering isn't it? The endless delusion. He lies, about everything, absolutely everything, even to himself. The stunning, overwhelming scale & breadth of his total insanity is both breathtaking & utterly terrifying.

This stuff is really worrying me, especially if it snowballs and other GOP led states follow suit. Not because I think the election was stolen, but because it introduces doubt and fear and de-legitimises Bidens victory. It will enbolden those at the nuttier end of the GOP to incite their supporters and I think will ultimately lead to a very messy and nasty next election cycle.

Decent Republicans must be shaking their collective heads now wondering how the yahoos stole the GOP from them...
