Acro props with needles - perfectly normal, possibly a bit far spaced? They might have got away without them at all (mad to try) - they only need to stop the brickwork dropping - and consequential catastrophic ensuing collapse - the interlocking brick work will be more or less self supporting. I can't see clearly, but looks like horizontal steel is already in too.

No horizontal stew in yetl that is just the brickwork you see, they put the props in after knocking the whole corner out and putting in the big upright in the corner.Phone BC if you are worried.
