Lovely, decor is a little curious though, it's like they couldn’t quite decide how chintzy to have it. Could be spectacular after a decent refit.

Ok, I feel I'm going to ruin this first page with a rental headache...

Located in Driffield: Large detached 4 bedrooms with large garage, gym, sauna etc.

Very nice outside space:

Looks great for £975 a month:

nice indeed... certainly bucks the trend of london rents being sky high at the moment. I paid that much a month for a small 2 bed flat in didsbury in 2005!

It's not in London chum. It's somewhat closer to Hull.

Lovely setting for this one, excellent schools and 10 mins outside of Bristol.

Decent price too.

I don't know the setting, the schools, or the area, but looks pretty ordinary to me for three quarters of a million quid.

No kitchen extraction (that I can see) is a PITA.

I quite like the look of this - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

This one on the Hamble really is all about the location.

The dining room, however, makes me feel sea-sick even before the food arrives.

i never said it was. London rents are very high at the moment, elsewhere this is not the case.

i think it's cool, however not in white. It gets stepped on every time someone gets on or off it.

Nice enough for a rental and a nice private looking home for the money, but the pond and garden would need a lot of care to keep up to the tidyness in the photos. I hate artexed ceilings. I guess they're not planning on renting to young families with the pond.

How convenient that they just "happened"to have the helicopter land in the garden just at the same time the agent came to take pics smile

It looks a pretty horrible room. I can't imagine sitting in there with friends or just relaxing with the family vomit
