videoclips for buying/selling houses

I notice this seems to be a thing in the US but I've not seen it in the UK, short video clip 'walkthroughs' of properties for sale instead of just still images

anyone have any experience of that? pros/cons/costs?

Cons.
The house has to be immaculate.
Can pose as a security risk as you are given the public access to view anything and everything inside your home.

Not for me.
I dont mind a video of a slideshow of photos. but not a video walkthrough
