Anyone know what this flower is?

Suddenly popped up out of nowhere, not something I've planted and looks nothing like anything I have planted (there was nothing apart from a lawn and a blackthorn hedge when we moved here).

Looks lilly (ish) and I have planted plenty of lillies but nothing that looks remotely like that (or any anywhere near as good to be honest).
ETA it's about 40cm tall.

Thanks all, apparently (according to she who must be agreed with) we bought a (very) cheap load of bulbs last autumn where the labels were missing or unreadable, must be one from that batch.
