Which plunge router?

I am looking for a plunge router to finish some floor boards which I am going to use for skirting and then use for other bits and pieces and projects I have in mind. How on earth do you choose,is one better than the other are some makes better than others,most of my stuff is Bosch blue but don't really have a brand loyalty as most of it has been bought by my wife as presents and bribes to get jobs done.
