Ants

So I have a nice supply of ants in my kitchen, which appear to be between the outside wall and kitchen cupboards (Weatherboard house).

Had the house fumigated, but 1 month after the warranty ran out they're back. we've tried the various baits but they're still going.

Would it be worth ripping out the units are digging them out or are they likely to be somewhere else and I'll end up ripping the whole side of the house down?
