The Missus is set on a cat for our new house which is fine, we've been renting together for the past few years and can now get one as we're buying our first home.
But I really like the idea of having a pet duck. The house we're getting has a modest sized garden with room for a fish pond and duck house/roost. My main concern is having an adult cat and a duck cohabiting whilst my partner and I our out at work 9-5 during the week. I have quite flexible job which means I can pop in during the day but can it be done successfully?
