Update on this.
Turns out I was robbed by the guy on the table next to me, and he was noticed leaving without paying carrying my doc wallet, whilst I was in the loo.
I subsequently paid and left, he then rifled the wallet and dumped it at the d
Far end of the car park, but was seen by a customer who just thought he'd done a runner, and made to come back in to pay! No one knew he'd robbed me, but after he'd gone after a ticking off, another customer found the rain soaked through wallet at the far end of the car park, where he'd been collared, and handed it in.
What a toe Rag, but more fool me for not keeping my eye on my stuff.
Hope to get the wallet and remaining contents back sometime next week; many thanks to the customer who handed my item in, they don't have his details but I'm very grateful.

k in the two piece blue overalls who lifted my doc wallet, hahaha there was not laptop or iPad in it, and I hope you get piles. As for the pen, enjoy it, it was bought for me by someone far better than you'll ever be lucky enough to know.
