Rowing tonight, followed by cheap curry night from the local takeaway. Have changed from vindaloo to chicken shaslik and mushroom bhaji. Not a lot of carbs there.

Heading downwards quite well again this week.

Well, I set off on this journey on the 8th of January with the aim of a slow gradual drop from 117.4kg to somewhere around 100kg by my sixtieth birthday in November next year.
Oops, I hit the magic 100kg this morning only ten weeks in and a year and a half early.
I'm having a celebratory weekend away with my wife (no doubt temporarily sneaking a few ounces back on) then on the back of recent success, having a good look at the rest of my lifestyle with a view to staying permanently healthy into my retirement .
Unfortunately part of that will involve a lot less time surfing the net and frequenting the pages on here. I'm deleting my profile to help me with this so goodbye to you all and thanks for the encouragement. Good luck everyone with your aims, just stick in there, it'll happen some time.. Thank you.
thats excellent. well done

Dont worry Stuart70, its only March.

You will get out of this what you want, even if it is only small gains for a short while.

Smokey has eased up on the beatings.... so now weve all had a chill pill or two and settled into whatever the rythym looks like, we can build from there.

Ive just done a training session, still not enough. !

Come on guys its not rocket science, if you aren't losing weight it's not because some crazy stuff is going with your body, it's because your are eatting too much, it really is that simple.

Stick with it and results will come.
Excuse me, who put you in charge of beatings? laugh

I haven't resigned you know!

How much have you lost so far lardy? I've lost two stone. C'mon, fess up fatty!
And coming in from the side with .5kg this week. It's a reduction, albeit a frugal one

Average 9.5 minute miles now on a run. Years ago that would have been slow, for me thats an improvement from 11 minute miles!

Can I be added to the list please.

81.3kg this morning. I had a few boxing fights at around 69kg many years ago but I think that may be beyond me these days so the target is 72Kg and getting some abs back.

I have an event the beginning of July so that sets a target of around about 1kg a week.

So 81.3kg weight
Body fat = 24.7
Muscle = 37.4

Will be taken down by CrossFit, running and boxing. Healthy eating and less beer.

Hard work dedication ????
Added smile

Best of luck
