If you are a % lighter your body will find it a % easier to move about....so it's less work and you need less cal to maintain your weight.

So reduce your cals as your weight drops (and get some exercise, 1hr a week and walking is a bit wet wink)

ignoring aspartame, the greater risk of diet coke is phosphoric acid.
google diet coke and osteoporosis.
not sure if bone density is the kind of weight you want to be losing tongue out
