Been off work since tuesday with this s
t. Not spots in throat just one big mound of puss, swollen glands in neck, fever when sleeping. Effen sucks.
Had about 5 hours sleep over 3 days and this morning after finally getting 3 hours of non stop sleep I woke up to a pain i can only describe as being kicked in the neck by a horse with hooves of magma.
My sister had tonsillitis a few months back and has half her course of antibiotics left. It's Erythroped. Dr Google says its a general antibiotic.
I would go to the doctors but:
1) I've not signed up to one in this town yet.
2) No car at the moment so would have to get bus and be cold, etc.
3) Reading on google it says most people are meant to sit it out. Dont want to make the trip and be told to just wait it out. Not called NHS direct because to cover their ass all they ever do is say see a doctor at the end of every conversation.
Worth taking these pills, or sit it out?
Don't know why im asking this as most of you are far too responsible to recommend i take prescription medication I was not prescribed.

I have none of those ingredients within coughing distance. I have some 10 year old (After first opening) captain morgans. Smells like petrol.
I could start doing shots of that until i feel better i guess.
Still not sure about the antibiotics. Dunno what im worrying about. My gran still uses out of date medication she bought at a market in india 6 years ago.
This illness is doing wonders for the heart rate though. Down from a 75bmp average to 60 exactly.

Today is literally the worst day for me. Face is going red and hot. Ear kind of hurts.
Got ZERO money until tomorrow because there's no cash machines and I have something like 9.89 in my bank anyway.
NO cash on me for bus.
Car brake lights broken.

Just counted out 1.50 in 2p's from my change box. Looked online. 1 minute until the last bus. I'm so full of rage im actually feeling better.
Edit: Yeah. I dont have the rash either. Never had this before so not sure what to expect.
Contemplating just driving now. It's all down hill so it's no unreasonable to constantly have my brake lights on, right? :P

I can talk (without pain) and eat/drink (With pain) so a i probably just need to man da fuk up init.
It's the interrupted sleep that is doing me in I think.
Also, in the morning my symptoms are 10 fold for some reason.. Probably because i breath through my mouth at night.

Current status:

Red painful back of the throat
No more white spots or whiteness at all.
Headache has occurred though. Could be dehydration. It seems not matter how much i drink, I'm dehydrated.
