Evora Boot Spoiler
Discussion
Gents
I have tested 3 cars this week the Evora is hitting more of the plusses than the others, aside from just one, the rear spoiler!
It might sound petty but i just can’t get past that fact that it doesn’t quite look right to me (sorry.....) and i wondered what my options are - I know there is a GTE option but its super expensive, what else can be done?
Thanks
Mark

SCREEM has the GT4/GTE rear spoiler along with the GT4 engine cover on his car and it looks fantastic IMO. High level brake light was fitted in to the rear window I believe for MOT compliance.
Another owner had some risers made up to lift the standard spoiler, similar in appearance to the original Evora Type 124 race car (concept?) that Lotus Motorsport built up before the GT4. This continued to use the standard third brake light in the rear wing as the cable is long enough to still reach.

One previous quote regarding rear wings "The rear wing reduced my top speed from 120 to 114 mph at MIRA handling circuit" http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=760...
